Membership Purchases
All ONEXANC Membership plans, including but not limited to the Bike Elite Membership and Platinum Membership, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a membership purchase has been successfully completed:
- No refunds will be initiated under any circumstances.
- Membership fees cannot be canceled, reversed, or exchanged.
- Partial refunds are not available for unused membership periods.
- Membership benefits remain subject to the applicable membership terms and conditions.
- Memberships cannot be transferred to another individual or vehicle unless expressly approved by ONEXANC.
Customers are advised to carefully review membership benefits, pricing, and terms before completing their purchase.
Service Bookings
For vehicle protection, detailing, coating, and preservation services:
- Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Services that have already been completed are generally not eligible for refunds.
- Deposits paid for scheduled appointments may be non-refundable once preparation or product allocation has begun.
Digital Products & Downloads
Any digital content, warranty registrations, memberships, or electronically delivered products are not eligible for returns or refunds after purchase.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact ONEXANC directly regarding any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits and future service eligibility.
